Meal Account Information

Northwest encourages families to provide adequate funds in their student's meal account. Negative meal account balances need to be paid in full by the end of the school year. Funds can be deposited anytime by sending cash or check to school with your child or by making a deposit online.

All balances left in meal accounts at the end of the school year will automatically be carried forward for students continuing in any Northwest School. If a student graduates or moves out of the school district, a refund can be requested. A transfer of funds to a sibling remaining in the district can also be requested.

Meal Account Information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

The Food Service tab in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal provides parents/guardians with the ability to view individual or family meal account balances, sign up to receive low balance email notifications, and view daily meal purchases.  Additionally, it is a secure and convenient way to add money to your child’s account.

The login for your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account is the same login username and password used for online enrollment.
